experience and skills to deliver on time and on budget with
minimum disruption to you. We are on hand to guide you
through a comprehensive feasibility study of the site, through
to assisting you with appointing a 'Commercialista' (accountant)
and setting up and SRL company (Limited Liability Company).
We will be at your disposal throughout the duration of the
works should you require our assistance.
As
an example, the SAN
ROCCO development was acquired by a UK based client back
in December 2005 and works are progressing very well, with
apartments already having being sold off-plan thanks to a
massive marketing campaign both in Italy and the UK.
